To Heat: Microwave for 60 seconds. Remove the bag and shake the cherry pits around. Microwave for an additional 30 seconds. 
To Cool: Place in a plastic bag and freeze for a minimum of 1.5 hours. 
To Wash: Mix with a small amount of soap and warm water, then submerge the therapy bag. Rinse thoroughly. Line dry or tumble dry low.
